Introduction

Welcome to tpower1. This website, accessible at https://tpower1.cam (the "Platform"), is operated by tpower1 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided through the Platform, including but not limited to online sports betting, live casino games, slot games, poker, bingo, lottery, and any promotional programmes operated by tpower1. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of those amended terms.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are 21 years of age or older. tpower1 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 for all casino and gambling activities. Underage use of the Platform is prohibited and any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds reviewed in accordance with our KYC procedures.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and are not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any one time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law, or from any Prohibited Territory as defined by the Company's licensing conditions.
• You are not an employee, director, consultant, agent, or family member of an employee of tpower1 or any of its affiliated entities or game studio partners.
• You are not suffering from or being treated for a gambling addiction, or subject to any voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion arrangement with any other gaming operator.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Account Registration

Registration of an Account requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account.

4.1 Account Security

You must not share your Account password with any third party. tpower1 will never request your password by email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

tpower1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, the Company may require you to provide one or more of the following documents prior to processing any withdrawal request:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank account statement);
• Any additional documentation reasonably required to satisfy AML obligations.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time of request may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases where fraud is suspected, the suspension or closure of the Account.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts identified by shared personal data, device fingerprinting, IP matching, or payment method overlap will be treated as a breach of these Terms. tpower1 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.

Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting agency, syndicate, or arbitrage service using tpower1's odds, markets, or game outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or game vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Coordinating wagers with other players to guarantee profits or circumvent risk (collusion);
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once;
• Using the Platform for any activity connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal enterprise;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagers have been settled;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point of your relationship with tpower1.

5.3 Technical Use

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform's software, game engines, or underlying code. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server, database, or system associated with the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tpower1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts may apply per payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction. tpower1 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may levy their own charges.

Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account.

6.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to verified Accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless stated otherwise for specific payment methods. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically completed within 10 to 30 minutes via DuitNow and FPX. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network confirmation times.

tpower1 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or transactions above threshold amounts established under our AML procedures.

6.4 Funds Integrity

Player funds held in Accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from tpower1's operational funds. This segregation ensures that player balances are not used to finance the Company's operating costs and remain available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by tpower1 are subject to specific terms which will be published at the time each offer is made available. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before opting in. Ignorance of specific bonus terms does not entitle a Player to waive applicable wagering requirements.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Current welcome bonus wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the selected bonus type, as follows:

• 288% Magnificent Bonus (up to MYR 2,880): 35x wagering requirement on bonus amount;
• 100% Standard Bonus (up to MYR 300): 10x wagering requirement on bonus amount;
• 188% Esports Bonus (up to MYR 888): 18x wagering requirement on bonus amount;
• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus (up to MYR 688): 15x wagering requirement on bonus amount.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and video poker may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Specific game contributions are published on individual promotion pages.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

tpower1 employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including patterns consistent with low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. Where abuse is identified, tpower1 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any winnings derived from that bonus, and where applicable close the Account.

7.4 Promotional Changes

tpower1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's Account under the original terms.

Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to tpower1's acceptance. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where a wager is placed after an event has commenced, where odds have been published in error, or where suspicious wagering patterns are detected.

8.2 Errors in Odds and Prices

In the event of an obvious error in published odds, prices, or game parameters — including but not limited to the incorrect settlement of a game outcome — tpower1 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate any affected wager or payout accordingly. Wagers placed and accepted on clearly erroneous terms may be voided.

8.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Specific rules governing the settlement of sports betting markets (including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other competitions available on the Platform) are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Markets are settled according to official results confirmed by the relevant governing body of each sport.

8.4 Live Betting

Live betting markets are offered in real time during the progress of sporting events. Prices and market availability change continuously. tpower1 accepts no responsibility for bets placed after a relevant change in the score, status, or conditions of an event where that information was publicly available at the time the wager was submitted.

Responsible Gambling

tpower1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to cause financial hardship, emotional distress, or relationship difficulties, it is important to seek help promptly.

The following tools are available to all registered users via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits to your Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based alerts to remind you of the duration of your play session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game content, data feeds, and the overall design and structure of the Platform, is the intellectual property of tpower1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered Player. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, transmitting, or distributing any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of tpower1.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tpower1 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, interrupted connectivity, or platform downtime;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where caused by your own security failures;
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tpower1 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of real-time data feeds, odds, or scores displayed thereon.

Suspension & Termination

tpower1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with immediate effect, without prior notice and without liability, where:

• A material breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• The Account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21;
• Multiple accounts linked to the same individual are identified;
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software is detected;
• The Company is required to do so by a competent legal authority or its licensing obligations.

Where an Account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to breach (e.g., voluntary closure or self-exclusion), any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding Bonus Funds will be returned to the Player via their original payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which tpower1 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through tpower1's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent tpower1 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate for the protection of its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments

tpower1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via a platform notification or email to your registered address. Where required by our licensing obligations, changes will take effect no earlier than thirty (30) days after notice is given.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12.

tpower1 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within that timeframe, we will provide a written progress update explaining the reason for the delay.
